Mix with to make a lighter, more pastel version of the color.
Formulated with food-grade pigments & safe for cats, dogs, and pets that can be bathed. Gradually washes away in around 6-12 washes. Contains no ammonia or peroxide.
Usage
- Pour Dilution Cream into a mixing bowl, then carefully add drops of OPAWZ Semi-Permanent Dye in and mix. Repeat until desired color is achieved.
- You can preview the color by applying it to a white paper towel.
