When you purchase a Creed sample set you will be able to redeem the value of the set against your next full price fragrance purchase online. Shortly after your purchase, you will receive a redemption code from Creed via email, valid for 60 days. Sample Set cannot be exchanged or refunded. Only one redemption code available per order.
At this time, Customizable Sample Sets cannot ship to Canada. Orders containing a Customizable Sample Set can only ship ground.
Shipping & Returns
For all orders exceeding a value of 100USD shipping is offered for free.
Returns will be accepted for up to 10 days of Customer’s receipt or tracking number on unworn items. You, as a Customer, are obliged to inform us via email before you return the item.
